Refund policy

Charly has a free plan and a 30-day free trial of Charly Pro, so you can try everything before paying. If it still isn’t right for you:

• First purchase of any plan (monthly, yearly, Founder or Lifetime): full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment. No questions asked.
• Renewals: full refund if you ask within 7 days of an automatic renewal you didn’t mean to keep.
• After a refund, the license is deactivated and Charly goes back to the Free plan.

To ask for a refund, write to hola@getcharly.dev from the email you bought with, or reply to your purchase email. Refunds are issued by Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it. This policy doesn’t limit any right you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Política de reembolsos

Charly tiene un plan gratis y 30 días de prueba gratis de Charly Pro, para que lo pruebes todo antes de pagar. Si aun así no te convence:

• Primera compra de cualquier plan (mensual, anual, Fundador o De por vida): reembolso completo si lo pides en los 14 días siguientes al pago. Sin preguntas.
• Renovaciones: reembolso completo si lo pides en los 7 días siguientes a una renovación automática que no querías mantener.
• Tras un reembolso, la licencia se desactiva y Charly vuelve al plan gratis.

Para pedir un reembolso, escribe a hola@getcharly.dev desde el email con el que compraste, o responde a tu email de compra. Los reembolsos los emite Creem, nuestro revendedor oficial (merchant of record), al medio de pago original; tu banco puede tardar unos días en mostrarlo. Esta política no limita ningún derecho que tengas según las leyes de consumo de tu país.
